Large (1:10 scale) Off-Road
Large RC Car/Truck Party is our most popular offering. The RC Cars and Trucks are between 14"-23" long. We can set up our track on grass, driveway, pavement, concrete, office carpet, gym floor, and cafeteria. Our standard size for this track is 32'x48', but we can adapt.
Large (1:10 scale) NASCAR
Large RC NASCAR Party is our newest offering. The RC Cars are 16" long and designed for street racing. Have the 'Need for Speed'? Then these are for you. With this party option we will set up a nice oval track on pavement and bring along our Race Timing equipment so we can see who really is the fastest! Our standard size for this track is 24'x56', but we can adapt.
Small (1:28 scale)
Small RC Car/Truck Party is a new offering this year for smaller areas. The RC Cars are 7" long. We can set up our track driveway, pavement, concrete, office carpet, gym floor, and cafeteria. Our standard size for this track is 14'x21', but we can adapt.
Rock Crawlers (1:24 scale)
Party Crashers partners with another person to offer these for you. The RC Trucks are about 8" in length. They will set up a complete track with many challenging obstacles for drivers to attempt. The standard size for this track is 12'x12', but they can adapt.
RC Drift Cars (1:10 scale)
Party Crashers partners with another person to offer these for you. The RC Drift Cars are about 13" in length. They will set up a complete track to drift around. Concrete works best, but pavement and office carpet would work too. The standard size for this track is 20'x30', but they can adapt.
How to Book a Party

We will do all the work of coming to your event, building the track, and managing the RC Racing. All you need is an area large enough to fit a track, indoor or outdoor. Our standard layout for Large is 32' x 48' and Small 14' x 21', but we can adapt to whatever size is available. Grass, dirt, asphalt, cement, gym, cafeteria, and carpet all work well for Large, no grass for Small.
We will require a deposit to reserve your event date. If you cancel at least 3 days ahead of time, or there is a weather cancellation and we are unable to reschedule, a full refund will be given.
If we need to reserve a venue to provide a space for the event, that will be your responsibility. School gyms, cafeterias, churches, and community centers all seem to work well.
We accept: cash, check, Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, Zelle, or Square (credit card).

XL track! $80 setup fee. If you have a large area for a track setup, we can bring 50% more track with us for even more twists and turns and awesome jumps!
2 tracks! Twice the fun. $120 per hour for second track. We can bring another track, more RC cars, and more workers to handle larger groups.
Race Timing $50 per hour
We can have professional race timing with lap scoring and stats, using very accurate transponders in the cars and sensors on the track. We would run qualifying races and a main event.
FPV (First Person View) Goggles $15 each racer per hour. We can put a little camera inside of your RC and you wear headset goggles that make you feel like you are inside the RC driving!
Large NASCAR (1:10 scale) with Race Timing
Oval track is standard setup but a Road Course can be done too. Just specify Road Course when scheduling.
Race Timing is included free for this style event. Professional race timing with lap scoring and stats, using very accurate transponders in the cars and sensors on the track. We would run qualifying races and a main event.
